About us

A manufacturer that thinks like a distributor.

Growman is a professional hair care manufacturer and exporter based in İstanbul. We build ranges the way a buyer has to sell them — a clear shelf story, honest claims, and commercial terms your finance team can plan around.

International buyers need more than attractive packaging. They need a range that is easy to understand, a supplier who communicates clearly and a process their team can plan around. That is the whole design brief behind this portfolio.

01

A portfolio with a clear shelf story

Three distinct consumer lines cover recognisable needs — targeted anti-hair-loss care, keratin repair, botanical routines and Korean-inspired smoothness.

02

Commercial detail without guesswork

Stable reference numbers, mixed-SKU planning, product information and written commercial terms make the opportunity easier to assess before committing.

03

Support beyond the first shipment

A direct export contact coordinates assortment questions, quotations, available product documents, sampling and shipment follow-up.

Inside the manufacture

From a formulation brief to a loaded pallet

Growman is a manufacturer first. The range you quote from is developed and produced in Türkiye, not bought in from a white-label catalogue and relabelled — which is why we can talk to you about a formula, a pack size or a carton configuration rather than just a price.

  1. Formulation stays in-house

A reference starts as a commercial brief — hair type, climate, price position, the shelf it has to win. The formula is built and revised internally, so when a market needs a heavier conditioning profile or a lighter scent, that is a conversation, not a refusal.

  2. Batch production, not anonymous bulk

Raw materials are weighed and blended in defined batches. Working in batches is slower than one long run, and it is the reason a reference can be adjusted between runs and traced afterwards.

  3. Filled and packed in its retail form

Bottles are filled, sealed, labelled and packed in the pack size and carton configuration that appear on your quotation — the same units your sales team will put on a shelf, not a decanted sample.

  4. Checked before it is released

A batch is checked before it joins a shipment. Anything outside its specification does not go on the pallet, and we would rather tell you a preparation window has moved than send you stock we are not confident in.

Ask about capacity and lead times

Six stages, from the formulation bench to the pallet that leaves İstanbul.

Commercial framework

Clarity before commitment

Every proposal is prepared for the requested market and assortment. Final quantities, pricing, preparation timing, documentation and logistics are confirmed in writing.

Assortment
Mixed-SKU wholesale planning is available across the export portfolio, subject to the final quotation.
Trade basis
EXW İstanbul is the standard starting point unless an alternative arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Preparation
The estimated preparation and loading window is confirmed against the final product mix, quantity and stock position.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and available product documentation are coordinated for the confirmed shipment.
Samples
Sample support is evaluated for verified business buyers. Product selection and courier conditions are confirmed case by case.
Territory
Distribution scope and any potential market protection are evaluated through order performance and a written commercial plan.

Product availability, commercial terms and documentation may vary by market and order. The written Growman quotation and proforma invoice remain the final reference.

Before you write to us

The questions buyers ask first

Short, honest answers so you can judge the fit in a couple of minutes. Anything specific to your market is confirmed in the written quotation.

How small can a first order be?

We do not publish a single global minimum, because a realistic first order depends on the references you pick and the carton configuration behind them. In practice most partners start with a mixed-SKU shipment built around a small hero group rather than the full portfolio. Send us the country and the channel and you will get a concrete, costed structure — not a brochure.

How quickly do I get a price?

An initial indication normally reaches you within the same working day. A written quotation with the selected references, quantities, commercial terms and packing information generally follows within two working days of an agreed assortment. If something will take longer, we tell you why instead of leaving the thread open.

Can I test the product before committing?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The 6, 10 and 26-piece evaluation sets contain the real retail product, not decanted samples, so your team can judge texture, scent, packaging and shelf presence honestly. Sample product cost and courier are credited in full against the first wholesale order.

Do you take private-label or OEM work?

Growman manufactures and exports its own brand, and that is where our strength is. Private-label and market-adapted labelling requests are reviewed case by case against volume, artwork and regulatory requirements — ask the export desk before you build a plan around it, and you will get a straight yes, no or condition.

What documentation travels with a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and the available product documentation are coordinated for every confirmed shipment. Country-specific registration and import requirements differ, so we review yours together rather than promising paperwork we have not seen. We do not claim registrations we cannot evidence.

Which trade terms and payment steps apply?

EXW İstanbul is the standard starting basis; alternative arrangements are possible and are confirmed in writing. Payment steps are set out in the proforma invoice before anything is prepared, so you always know what is due and when. The written Growman quotation and proforma remain the final reference.

Can we hold a territory?

Territory scope is earned rather than granted on first contact. We evaluate it through a written commercial plan and real order performance, and any protection agreed is put in writing. We will not tell you a market is free, or reserved, without current evidence.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

One export contact carries your file from the first message to the reorder, supported by export operations for documentation and dispatch. You will not be handed between departments or asked to re-explain your market. Correspondence is in English or Turkish.

Still an open question? Ask it directly — a specific question gets a specific answer, usually the same working day.

Proven at home first

A brand consumers already buy again

Growman did not go looking for export partners before it had a market of its own. On Trendyol — Türkiye's largest e-commerce marketplace — the Growman store carries a 9.4 out of 10 rating and more than 12,500 followers waiting on new references.

That number is not advertising. Marketplace ratings are written by people who paid for the product, used it and came back to say so, and followers are shoppers who chose to keep the brand in front of them. The bottles behind that score are the same formulas, the same packaging and the same production line that fill an export carton.

For a distributor this is the part that de-risks a first order: the assortment has already been tested against real consumers, real reviews and real repeat purchase in a demanding, price-transparent market — before it reaches your shelf.
